Our first public case

How we use AI ourselves.

The company was founded in 2025 and doesn't publish its client list yet. Rather than tell other people's stories, we lay ourselves open: everything we do for clients, we did on ourselves first — what we handed to AI, what we deliberately didn't, and the rules we work by.

Handed to AI

Things we did on ourselves first

  • This websiteDesign, development, bilingual content, deployment and live verification — built by the founder working with AI over a few days, with no part outsourced. The page you're reading is a miniature of what we do for clients.
  • Drafting and translating bilingual contentEvery page in both languages was drafted by AI and edited sentence by sentence by a person. The English is not a translation; it was rewritten for English readers.
  • Research and fact-checkingRegulatory, market and industry information is first gathered and organised by AI, then checked item by item against sources. If a source can't be found, it doesn't get written.
  • Brand and design materialBusiness cards, the seal mark, the social preview image — AI produces the drafts; a person chooses and refines.
  • The repetitive work of running a siteSite-wide text audits (character sets and Hong Kong usage), link checks, deployment and live verification are written as scripts and run by AI on every update.

Deliberately kept human

What we don't hand over

  • Quotes and commitmentsAny amount, deadline or promise written to a client is written and checked by hand. AI gets sums wrong, and sometimes calculates with stale numbers.
  • Client dataClient data never goes into an AI tool without the client's consent. Which data may go where is asked first, then done.
  • Final judgementWhether something is worth doing, whether to take it on, where to say no — AI can lay out the options; a person decides.
  • Every outward-facing sentenceNothing AI drafts goes out untouched. Readers can tell the AI flavour, and so can we.

Three rules we hold ourselves to

  • Every outward commitment passes through human hands.
  • Anything involving client data: ask first.
  • Anything AI generates is edited line by line.

This page will change as our practice changes. It isn't a manifesto; it's a record — we write down what we've actually done. Last updated: September 2026.
